Don and David, on their fifth try to retire, found San Juan as the perfect place to enjoy life and of course, dogs. Both, not the dogs, had careers spanning city government, urban planning and commercial real estate. The rest is a history of discovering the importance of dogs in your life and the need to have the best possible shelter to secure “ever homes” for animals in need.
