Hi, My name is Jenny and I was found on the mainland by a kind Friday Harbor family. They found me under a freeway overpass starving and afraid.
I am so happy they brought me to San Juan Island. After I arrived, APS-FH learned I was about 14 years old and arthritic, and extremely sweet and loving. Several months after arriving, a kind woman came to the shelter, telling them she wanted to adopt the cat who “needed her the most” – That was ME! The lady explained she wanted to rescue an older cat or cat who had been overlooked. I was introduced to her and the rest is destiny. I am so loved and pampered in my new home.
