Join the Animal Protection Society Saturday, May 30 for the Second Annual Dodie Gann Memorial Dog Walk!
FETCH: Gather as many sponsors on this form as you can before the dog walk. If you’d like to purchase an official dog walk t-shirt please select the size you’d like on the back of this form. Submit this completed form along with your sponsorship donations to the Animal Shelter no later than May 18. (Simply bring your sponsorship form and donations to the dog walk if you do not want a shirt.)
COME: The walk begins at 11:00. We’ll start off at Skagit Community College (221 Weber Way, Friday Harbor) and enjoy a beautiful one mile roundtrip walk to the Animal Shelter and back. Don’t have a dog? The animal shelter will provide one for you, or you can join in the fun and walk yourself!
SIT: After the walk, grab a picnic blanket and enjoy lunch or an ice cold beverage, available for purchase by Mike’s Café.
STAY: Stick around and enjoy The Pet Lover’s Fair, featuring pet-related vendors, dog training demonstrations, and best of all – Massage for both you AND your dog! There will be fun for all ages, so bring the whole family!
WIN: The person who raises the most money in sponsorships will win a Microsoft Surface Tablet! Second and Third place prizes will be awarded as well.
PLAY: Participation in the 2nd Annual Dodie Gann Dog Walk is Free with a minimum of $50 in sponsorships, or $10 for those without sponsors or less than $50 in sponsorships.
